Join the LMBA Future Leaders Program – A Comprehensive Journey to Leadership Excellence

Qualifications
- This program is recommended for those with a minimum of 3 years in the business, but applicants with less industry experience will be considered.
- This will be an in-person class.
- Must attend all classes and participate in the group project to graduate the program.
- Employer must be a present LMBA Member to participate in the program.
Candidate Commitment
In order to graduate and be recognized at the LMBA Annual Conference, the candidate must attend in person all Future Leaders courses, Advocacy Day and participate in the group project and presentation.
Cost
The $475 registration fee covers participation in all four Future Leaders sessions, Advocacy Day, Graduation, a featured spotlight on LMBA’s social media channels, and a Future Leaders T-shirt. Hotel accommodations, meals, and beverages outside of scheduled classroom activities are not included and will be the responsibility of the participant and/or their company. The fee is due upon acceptance into the program and is non-refundable.

Graduating candidates will receive 5 Education points and 1 Industry Participation point for a total of 6 points towards their CMB designation.
Application Deadline: September 30, 2025
You will be notified by mid-October if you were accepted into the program. If accepted, an invoice with an application fee of $475 will be sent to you and due by October 31, 2025.
